Melanocortin receptor 4 (MCR4) knockout mice: These are mice which lack a functional MC4 gene. We also have wild type control mice as well as heterozygous mice. These mice are severely obese

 

Renal ischmic mice (C57BL/6J)- These mice are male C57BL/6J mice which have been exposed to 40 min of bilateral renal ischemia via clamping of the renal pundicle. Animals are then sacrificed 24 or 72 hours following reperfusion of the kidneys. We have kidneys available from these mice. Other organs can be obtained upon request.
